Tim Conley

Storage performance expert & former IBM systems architect and engineer

As Co-Founder and Principal of ATS Group and the Galileo Division, Tim brings over 27 years of IT experience in enterprise open systems and storage products supporting banking, insurance, public, and private sectors–with emphasis on Power Systems, IBM Storage, storage area networks (SAN), and Enterprise-wide Backup and Recovery. Tim is also an IBM Certified Specialist and subject matter expert (SME) in AIX, TSM, SAN, and IBM Tape/Disk Storage solutions. In his current role, Tim provides technical consulting services to IBM, IBM Business Partners, and customers in IT architecture, AIX, performance/tuning, Storage solutions, and technical project management areas. Tim also conducts storage assessments for IBM as an independent Regional Systems Integrator. Previously, Tim was a Sr. IT Specialist at IBM Corporation and Provident Mutual Life. Tim earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Widener University.

Chris Churchey

Server/storage performance expert & former IBM systems architect and engineer

As Co-Founder and Principal of ATS Group and the Galileo Division, Chris brings over 35 years of IT experience in enterprise open systems and storage technologies–with an emphasis on operating systems, virtualization, large scale systems/storage architecting, design and integration, and performance optimization of computer resources. Chris holds numerous IBM Certifications and is a subject matter expert (SME) in Server/Storage Consolidation, Performance, AIX, Linux, Power, Virtualization, and IBM Storage technologies. In his current role, Chris oversees business development and the management and support of large/direct ATS customers. Chris also oversees the requirements, strategy, and business development of Galileo Performance Explorer®, the company’s cloud-based charting tool that provides customizable, on-demand views of infrastructure performance. Prior to ATS, Chris was with IBM for 23 years, where his ending assignment was as a Consultant Systems Architect providing architecture, design, and IT consulting services to IBM Commercial and Federal customers. Chris was recognized as IBM Systems Engineer of the Year in 1991.

Mercedes Petrellis, PMP

Chief Operating Officer

Mercedes has over 15 years of experience in the IT field performing tasks in IT consulting, project management, support, engineering, and training. As COO, Mercedes is responsible for directing daily operational activities and assists and leads the development and execution of corporate strategic initiatives. Mercedes is PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She plays a key role working with customers, account managers and technical resources. Mercedes oversees the company’s project portfolio and resources. As a Technical Project Manager she leads teams, creates and manages project schedules, and ensures deliverables are met on time and within budget. Mercedes currently holds secret and public trust clearances for multiple federal government agencies.

Jerri Pelletier


Jerri brings over 30 years of business administration experience, and has spent the last 14 years focusing on finance and accounting areas. In her current role, Jerri is responsible for all accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, payroll, forecasting, and budgeting, and financial reporting. She also oversees all employee benefits and assists the Technical Project Managers in managing the profitability of projects and resources. Prior to joining ATS, Jerri held key financial, administrative, and office manager roles at various mid-sized companies. Jerri earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Education with a concentration in Accounting from Shepherd College.

Adam Gelwarg

Galileo Lead Architect

Adam brings over 20 years of IT experience to the team, including various roles in product/software development as well as enterprise infrastructure management. He has successfully lead large scale software engagements focused in areas such as identity management, configuration management, infrastructure monitoring and web application architecture. In addition to working with several ATS Group customers on a consulting bases, Adam is responsible for the overall architecture and development of Galileo Performance Explorer. Along with the rest of the management team, he helps set direction for the future of the product. His mix of experience designing and maintaining core IT infrastructure, in both hands-on and management roles, combined with his extensive software development background provides a unique perspective while leading the Galileo technical team. Prior to working with ATS, Adam was at ING Direct (USA) managing the storage and server teams.

Max Shevertalov

Galileo Lead Application Architect

Max has over 10 years of software engineering experience. He has developed client applications using tools such as Visual Studio and Java as well as web applications using technologies such as Ruby, HTML, and Javascript. As a PhD candidate at Drexel University, his research interests were in Software Engineering with a focus on Autonomic Computing and Automated Software Composition. He has not only studied various Software Engineering topics, but also taught several courses in the subject. Since 2004, he has participated in numerous government and industry sponsored projects. Highlights of which include a joint effort with Lockheed Martin on the DARPA sponsored SAPIENT grant, used to develop a novel approach to automated network management and the Lockheed Martin sponsored Aniketos grant which led to a patent of a system for automatically detecting and mitigating software faults.

Bob Bender

Galileo Support Lead

Bob has over 20 years of technical experience and leadership in the IT industry. Bob has extensive experience with pSeries systems, AIX, TSM, and has designed and implemented many complex HACMP/PowerHA solutions. Currently, Bob leads the Galileo Performance Explorer support and technical pre-sales teams.

Kim Stillwell

Galileo UX Leader

Kim has over 15 years experience in the IT industry crafting innovative and positive user experiences for web-based applications and websites. As our UX Architect, Kim leads our design team, collaborating with stakeholders, subject matter experts and customers to ensure both user and business needs are integrated in the design of our industry-leading product, Galileo Performance Explorer. Kim incorporates user research and user testing throughout our agile development process to continuously gather user feedback and inform the final design of our products.

Jamil Khan

Director of Product Marketing

Jamil has over 20 years experience in direct marketing, market segmentation, and digital strategy. A leader in developing products for the B2B space, he has rolled out dozens of new products and services, generating tens of millions of dollars in revenue. Jamil blends his belief in data-driven decision making with a passion for helping brands find their voice, tell their story, and get the right message to the right person at the right time. Having worked as a political consultant before entering the tech space, he has been using a persona-based approach ever since they were called “soccer moms.”

Working with the marketing, sales and executive team, Charles is responsible for helping grow the company by clearly communicating the company’s vision and capabilities to current and potential customers, as well as solidifying the company’s position as a leader in helping IT become more business user centric and migrate to the cloud.
