Our introduction of the Galileo Suite was ahead of the cloud computing/software-as-a-service boom.

Industry-leading integrated IT Performance Management (IPM) suite, Galileo, announced a new technology agents to support Dell EMC storage environments, some of the most-used enterprise storage solutions available. VMAX was the first of the Dell EMC storage agents released in 2017, followed by VNX and Unity. XtremIO and Isilon will release in 2018.


Galileo’s first database agent release offers vital configuration insights for the performance of Oracle — the world’s most popular database. Oracle has led the industry by providing the fastest and most reliable highly secure database for organizations of all sizes continue to innovate, so the addition of Oracle DB monitoring is a huge step for Galileo in giving their customers the ability to view insights into all of their individual, unique assets.


Galileo Performance Explorer (Galileo), announced that CRN, a brand of The Channel Company, has named Jo McCausland, Vice President of Channel Sales, to its prestigious 2017 Women of the Channel list. The executives who comprise this annual list span the IT channel, representing vendors, distributors, solution providers and other organizations that figure prominently in the channel ecosystem. Each is recognized for her outstanding leadership, vision and unique role in driving channel growth and innovation.


Advanced Technology Services (ATS) Group announced today that Kelly Nuckolls has been appointed to the role of Vice President of Marketing for Galileo Performance Explorer (Galileo). The announcement was made by Tim Conley and Chris Churchey, Principals at Galileo Performance Explorer and ATS Group. Overseeing Galileo’s marketing and closely integrated with the sales and business development teams, Kelly will lead strategic growth and enablement initiatives for the channel, with a focus on streamlining demand and ROI to support growth.


Through consulting efforts, the ATS Group developed Galileo Performance Explorer—the industry’s first integrated infrastructure performance management (IPM) suite for cloud and on premise servers, storage, database and SAN. Galileo Performance Explorer, used initially only in ATS consulting engagements, was made available to clients as a SaaS offering for access to their infrastructure performance metrics. An international cosmetics company and top food and beverage company become the first Galileo client users.


The continued growth of the ATS Group necessitates a move to new facility and expansion of their Innovation Center and training labs in Malvern, PA. The ATS Group has consulted on thousands of system implementations, upgrades, backups and recoveries. They also support customers by providing managed services, performance analysis and capacity planning. With over 60 industry-certified professionals, the ATS Group supports SMBs, Fortune 500 companies and government agencies. As experts in IBM, VMware, Oracle and other top vendors, they are experienced in virtualization, storage area networks (SANs), high availability, performance tuning, SDS, enterprise backup and other evolving technologies that operate mission-critical systems on premise, in the cloud or in a hybrid environment.


Former IBM systems architects and engineers, Tim Conley and Chris Churchey, founded the ATS Group. Tim Conley brings over 27 years of IT experience in enterprise open systems and storage products supporting banking, insurance, public, and private sectors, with emphasis on Power Systems, IBM Storage, storage area networks (SAN), and Enterprise wide Backup and Recovery. Tim is also an IBM Certified Specialist and subject matter expert (SME) in AIX, Spectrum Protect, SAN, and IBM Tape/Disk Storage solutions.

Chris Churchey brings over 35 years of IT experience in enterprise open systems and storage technologies, with an emphasis on operating systems, virtualization, large scale systems/storage architecting, design and integration, and performance optimization of computer resources. Chris holds numerous IBM Certifications and is a subject matter expert (SME) in Server/Storage Consolidation, Performance, AIX, Linux, Power, Virtualization, and IBM Storage technologies.
