How does Galileo Support Nutanix?

Q: How does Galileo Support Nutanix?

A:  Nutanix is a hyper-converged appliance that includes compute, storage, networking and virtualization resources in a single device. Nutanix is x86 compute –  running VMware, Linux, Windows and Nutanix Acropolis storage.

Galileo currently supports and monitors the VMware, Windows and Linux part of Nutanix (CPU, Memory, Network, Disk Capacity/Latency, Datastore Metrics, VCenter Metrics, Cluster Metrics, Host Metrics, Guest Metrics. So for Galileo, we would load our VMware and potentially the Linux/windows guest agents. After the release of Galileo’s Nutanix Agent, data will also be pulled data from the Nutanix Acropolis Infrastructures Services – providing storage and performance statistics for storage pools, VMs, Cluster and host performance statistics.

See attached file for what is supported today and what will be released with the Nutanix Agent in 2018 : Galileo_Support-for-Nutanix_v2_2018
