We are pleased to announce that Connor Gallopo has been promoted to Director of Engineering for the Galileo team.

In his new role, Connor will lead our engineering team, focusing on improving structure, ownership, and accountability across various projects. He will oversee major projects, notably with our Network Monitoring initiative, and translate business priorities into actionable tasks. He will also continue optimizing our engineering processes, developing team structures to promote growth and ownership, and aligning our efforts with company goals.

A key part of Connor’s role will be bridging communication between leadership and engineering teams, refining cross-departmental visibility and efficiency, and presenting progress and challenges to senior management. He will enhance our engineering methodologies, implement best practices, and ensure the accessibility of all process documentation.

Under Connor’s leadership, we are embarking on an exciting journey of growth and development. We will introduce new initiatives to support our team further and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement among our greater team at ATS Group & Galileo Suite. These include monthly demo days showcasing project updates to all employees, a stronger focus on career development resources, and a system for clear project ownership to ensure accountability and efficiency.
